Recount Writing-Adventure Forest

I am learning to write about an exciting moment of my holiday.

At Adventure Forest

On Friday I went to Adventure Forest in Whangarei with my three brothers and my dad and my mum.

At Adventure Forest there are lots of trees with stuff hanging on to the trees. There are heaps of flying foxes and other rides and challenges.

First I went on the Maki Maki challenge.

I  went on the  flying fox. It was as fast as lightning. It was amazing. My two  brothers and my dad went on canopy. My mum was watching me going down the flying fox. The highest ride that I could go on was in Discovery. It was a swing rope with wood that you could sit on. I was a little bit afraid because I had to jump on it straight away. It felt like you were going to fall off because it was high up off the ground. I was saying to Mum to come up but she couldn’t because Kaharau was hungry.

Me and my brother Josh had a race on the flying fox. We came a tie.

It was amazing at Adventure Forest because there were so many different things to do. I felt happy there with my family.
